This is how you WOW:

Manage product, stock, pricing, order and campaign controls for our Shopify-based webshop processes,
-
Actively execute operational processes on marketplace panels such as Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon and N11; including product listing, price / stock updates and campaign content preparations,
-
Perform system entries for cancellation and return processes via SAP ERP, and work closely with the relevant teams to ensure smooth invoicing, logistics and cargo operations,
-
Support indirect channel operations, including delivery appointment follow-up, invoice rejection processes, sell-in / sell-out reporting and channel-based operational tracking,
-
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales, stock and channel-based performance reports,
-
Take part in data extraction, validation and reporting processes through SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) or similar reporting tools,
-
Act as an operational bridge between the Finance and Sales teams in the follow-up of financial reconciliation, rebate processes and marketplace deduction invoices,
-
Work in coordination with Sales, Logistics, Finance, Customer Service and other relevant departments to ensure cross-functional processes progress on time,
-
Prepare reports, tables and presentations that visualize data for management meetings and internal team reviews,
-
Identify operational issues in a timely and proactive manner, share them with the relevant teams and follow up until resolution.
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

Graduates from Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related departments of universities,
-
Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in sales support, e-commerce operations, marketplace management, reporting, or back-office processes,
-
Fluent in English (necessary for global reporting and tools),
-
Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint,
-
Possessing analytical thinking skills and enjoying working with data and numbers,
-
Paying close attention to detail and having a very strong follow-up ability,
-
Responsible, open to learning, and able to keep up with the pace of the dynamic e-commerce environment,
-
Possessing strong communication skills and able to work in coordination with different departments, a true team player.
Preferably:
-
Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms,
-
Familiarity with the back-office panels of marketplaces such as Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon and N11,
-
Ability to use SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud), Power BI or similar BI / reporting tools,
-
Basic knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system,
-
Experience in sell-in / sell-out reporting, inventory aging or order operations,
-
Ability to prepare presentations and simplify complex data into a clear and meaningful story.
