• Drive performance: With a focus on monitoring e-commerce KPIs, you will be responsible for regular data and trend analyses as well as continuous performance benchmarking to ensure global standards and provide functional guidance in case of deviations.

• Unlock growth potential: You will calculate and support global business cases as well as potential analyses for new features in order to sustainably secure the international revenue growth of the online shop.

• Establish standards: You will establish binding standards for sales-related processes and be responsible for creating and continuously developing strategic playbooks for worldwide harmonization.

• Collaborate internationally: You will work closely with regional teams to understand country-specific requirements and growth strategies, consolidate these into global standards to avoid siloed solutions, and coordinate implementation with product and marketing experts.

It would be WOW if you bring this to the table:

• A successfully completed degree in business studies/economics with a focus on sales or marketing, or a comparable qualification.

• Several years of international professional experience, ideally in sales within an international corporate environment.

• Deep knowledge in the field of e-commerce (D2C) and specifically regarding online shops.

• Experience as a project manager, project lead, or in project management, along with the motivation and desire to take on a global, functional leadership and advisory role.

• Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting key metrics, conducting benchmarks, and calculating business cases.

• Excellent communication skills in English, strong persuasive power, as well as an innovative, modern mindset with a passion for continuous development and knowledge building.
