As a Talent Acquisition Specialist with German, you will act as a trusted recruitment partner to the leadership team and hiring managers. You will deliver proactive sourcing and recruitment solutions for the DACH region, balancing speed-to-hire with a high-quality candidate experience and business growth.

• Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Proactively search, map the market, and source qualified candidates in the DACH region. Build and maintain targeted talent pipelines and an up-to-date candidate database to support current and future hiring needs.
• Recruitment & Candidate Assessment: Manage key stages of the hiring process, including screening applications, conducting initial evaluations, and assessing cultural and technical fit to present qualified shortlists to hiring managers.
• Stakeholder Support & Process Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams and hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements. Coordinate interview schedules, manage calendars, and ensure a smooth, professional candidate journey.
• Operations & Administration: Handle recruitment administrative tasks, documentation, and offer preparation support to ensure process efficiency. Keep internal ATS records accurate and up to date.

It would be WOW if you could bring this in 

• Experience: relevant experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR support, ideally within an agency, RPO, or corporate environment
• Expertise: understanding of recruitment workflows, candidate screening methodologies, and sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, direct search, job boards).
• Languages: Advanced/Fluent German (written and spoken) for screening candidates and DACH market communication; Conversational to Upper-Intermediate English for internal teamwork and collaboration.
• Mindset: Target-driven, strong organizational and prioritization skills, high coachability, excellent active listening, and a collaborative "business-enabler" attitude.
