PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Branch Sales Representative - Direct is in charge of implementing and managing the long term strategy developed for important clients (key accounts) in collaboration with the HQ in order to achieve the designated sales targets. In addition service branches’ end customers.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Management and monitoring of the assigned accounts (key accounts from the HQ) at a local (Branch) level and Branches’ end customers: visits, offers and monitoring, payments, etc.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers (Key Accounts/Strategic Customers) to increase sales and their involvement with our brand.

Market prospecting, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and attracting potential new clients in the area and sectors.

Ability to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Provide excellent customer service and complaint management.

Ability to conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and provide commercial/technical advice, offering holistic solutions and not just products.

Ability to analyze business opportunities and design sales strategies.

Participation and collaboration in different commercial training actions.
-
Attendance and participation in sectoral or national / local fairs.
-
In collaboration with the Branch and Key Account Manager of respective Target Group will implement the strategy.
EXPERIENCE
-
Necessary experience (usually 1-3 years) in sales, especially in B2B sales (sales to businesses).

Desirable experience in sales of mechanical equipment, tools, or construction materials.

Good network within the professional sales sector and a good client portfolio

Experience in similar companies
EDUCATION
-
Graduate of a School (e.g., IEK, TEI, University), preferably technical or economic background.

Valuable specific training in the area of Sales or related
OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Excellent knowledge and use of Google Sheets applications as well as ERP & CRM systems.

Good knowledge of the English language.

Driving license necessary
