PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Branch Manager is responsible for directing, developing and managing all operational aspects related to the commercial activity of the Branch in the assigned region.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the entire activity of the branch.

Support, supervision and evaluation of the work of the branch staff (technical, commercial, administrative and logistics staff)

Implement the strategic planning of the business.

Monitoring of all channels (Distribution, Direct Sales, Technical Service ...) to achieve the required sales and growth figures.

Control of the income and expenses of the branch, and search for the requirements required for the P&L
-
Guarantee the adequate level of after-sales quality, ensuring the quality of the work, and response times, as well as the expenses.

Ensure an adequate level of stock of machinery, spare parts and accessories according to the needs of the branch

Attendance to all training given by the company to guarantee the update of knowledge and company policies.

Analysis of indicators and application of correct measures if necessary

Other functions related to his/her responsibility
EXPERIENCE
-
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in commercial department management, valuable in a multinational company.

Commercial team management.
EDUCATION
-
Higher degree training or equivalent experience in the position.

Other studies in Marketing / Business Management / Business Administration will be a plus.
-
MBA will be a plus.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Proficient with MS Office and Google environment

Valuable English at a high level, both spoken and written
