Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will be the central customer contact point at Kärcher, providing customer-centric support before, during, and after sales activities to drive customer satisfaction. You will provide excellent service to both external and internal customers across all business areas.
Your main tasks and responsibilities include:
- Order & Delivery Management: Ensure that customer orders are handled correctly upon arrival. This includes order registration and administration via tickets and the CRM system, as well as the follow-up and monitoring of deliveries.
- Customer Support: Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries regarding pricing, deliveries, and products, and actively resolve problems such as complaints and errors.
- Technical Advice: Provide technical support to customers, which includes working with exploded views to help them choose the right spare parts.
- Master Data Management: Maintain customer master data and customer prices within the register.
- Sales Support: Provide sales support through price reports, order reports, customer register reports, and review management.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work in a customer-centred way with all internal functions. Together with sales managers and the service department, you will actively build a broad knowledge of Kärcher's product range.

Qualifications:
- Upper-secondary school diploma.
- Experience in a Customer Care environment.
- Proficiency in English.
- Desirable: Technical understanding and experience in in- and outbound logistics.
