  • The Auditor's Eye: Conduct daily audits of inbound receipts and outbound shipments to guarantee 100% accuracy.

  • Data Driven: Develop and maintain metrics to track progress toward "zero-error" shipping goals.

  • Problem Solver: Collect failure data, process non-conformance reports, and work closely with the Quality Manager to initiate improvements.

  • Collaborative Leader: Provide direct feedback to warehouse leads on pulling or packaging errors to help the team grow and improve.

  • Versatility: Assist with reboxing projects and support other warehouse departments (Warehouse 1 & 3) as needed.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: At least 2 years of warehouse experience is required; quality or inspection experience is highly preferred.

  • Tech-Savvy: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.

  • Certified: Must have a forklift certification or the ability to achieve one quickly.

  • Communicator: Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly, with the confidence to present information to small groups or clients.

  • Math & Logic: Comfortable with fractions, percentages, and decimals, as well as solving practical problems in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements & Environment

  • Strength: Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

  • Agility: Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, and climb.

  • The Setting: A dynamic warehouse environment where noise levels are consistent with forklift traffic and temperatures can fluctuate with the seasons.
