The Impact You’ll Make

• Systems Strategy & Optimization: Act as the primary business owner for our tech stack, including Körber WMS, SAP, and Google Workspace. You’ll identify ways to streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and ensure our systems align with long-term strategy.
  
  

• Business Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with Operations, IT, and Analytics to gather requirements and solve business challenges. You are the "go-to" person for triaging system-related requests and ensuring priorities are met.
  
  

• Implementation Leadership: Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), manage change control processes, and partner with external vendors to ensure new enhancements are stabilized and successful.
  
  

• Empowering Users: Create high-quality SOPs, user guides, and training materials. You’ll bridge the gap by translating technical jargon into practical steps for our operational teams.
  
  

• Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance and user pain points to recommend sustainable, data-driven improvements that strengthen our overall connectivity.
  
  

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience: At least 4+ years in systems, technology, or supply chain operations. You must have experience working with business systems like WMS and ERP.
  
  

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or Engineering is preferred (though we value equivalent work experience).
  
  

• Technical Savvy: Preferred knowledge of Körber WMS, SAP, Power BI, and Google Workspace.
  
  

• Skill Set: You are a problem-solver who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You have strong attention to detail and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills in English are required; being bilingual in Spanish is a major plus.
  
  

The Work Environment

This role offers a variety of settings, moving between professional office spaces and our active warehouse environment. You should be comfortable sitting for extended periods as well as moving through the warehouse for testing and training. Safety is a priority; we provide protective equipment, and you’ll wear steel-toed, non-slip shoes while in warehouse areas.
