Build strong, lasting relationships with customers across a wide range of industries, and
show them how our German-engineered cleaning technology can raise their standards of
cleanliness and efficiency.

Drive Kärcher's growth in the industrial channel by developing strategies that put our professional range in front of businesses in your region.
Identify new customers and build relationships with industrial clients, offering cleaning solutions for every area of their operation.
Strengthen our brand presence and exceed your sales targets through expert consultation and compelling on-site product demonstrations.

It would be WOW if you bring this in

• At least 3 years' proven experience in field and equipment sales.
• Matric is essential, a Sales Diploma or Degree will be advantageous.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to communicate clearly at all levels.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a natural talent for building relationships and
• influencing decisions.
• A valid driver's licence, with the responsibility to keep the company vehicle in a roadworthy condition.

Your WOW impact

• Achieve your annual sales budget and targets for the Direct Professional channel.
• Complete a minimum of 25 face-to-face customer visits and at least 3 product demonstrations per week.
• Submit at least 10 quotes per week and keep all customer information and activities accurately captured in our CRM system (OneView).
• Deliver and commission every machine sold, train the customer on its use, and complete all handover documentation.
