Key Account Coordinator

The Key Account Coordinator is a highly strategic, elevated role focused on the complete operational lifecycle of customer orders after initial processing. Serving as the final internal owner for complex logistics and fulfillment challenges and escalations, this role ensures our clients' operational flow is maintained and our most critical key account relationships are protected.

This is how you WOW:

· Resolve Complex Escalations: Act as the final Tier 2 internal owner for critical fulfillment roadblocks, complex return/exchange logistics, and open order analysis, escalating high-level issues to leadership as needed.

· Bridge Operational Gaps & Build SOPs: Translate specialized Key Account requirements (routing, labeling, ASNs) into actionable internal SOPs, while coaching Tier 1 staff to elevate team performance and process adherence.

· Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) across Purchasing, Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics to remove bottlenecks and protect our Key Accounts' unique needs.

· Master Advanced Logistics & Portals: Oversee complex shipping arrangements (BOLs, routing compliance, LTL/FTL/Parcel), manage customer order portals, and deliver proactive, real-time updates and delay notifications.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

· Background & Experience: 3–5 years of supply chain/logistics experience coaching teams and optimizing SOPs (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferred).

· Technical & Logistics Expertise: Deep understanding of WMS, SAP, Google Workspace, routing guides, BOLs, ASNs, and carrier networks (LTL, FTL, Parcel).

· Process & Problem-Solving Mindset: Proven ability to document complex workflows, perform root-cause analysis, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor during high-stakes escalations.
