Water Maze is a leader in industrial water treatment systems, specializing in high-quality wash water recycling and treatment equipment. We are seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy Inside Sales & Dealer Enablement Representative to drive our business forward.

In this dual-impact role, you will be the engine behind our lead generation efforts—prospecting industrial accounts that need wash water solutions. Depending on the territory and opportunity scale, you will either cultivate these leads directly or strategically hand them off to our licensed dealer network. Additionally, you will play a critical role in Dealer Enablement: acting as a consultant and champion to help our licensed dealers adopt and utilize our in-house prospect-generating software

This is how you WOW:

  • Drive Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within industrial sectors via cold outreach, email, and digital networking.
  • Route Opportunities Strategically: Conduct initial discovery calls to assess technical needs and budget, determining whether to pursue directly or route to a licensed dealer.
  • Enable Dealer Success: Serve as the internal expert on our proprietary software, training and coaching dealers to maximize their local sales pipelines.
  • Manage Relationships: Build strong, collaborative partnerships with our independent dealer network to ensure they are supported and actively following up on leads.
  • Maintain Pipeline Hygiene: Keep meticulous records of prospective customers, lead hand-offs, and dealer software adoption metrics within the CRM

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

  • Sales Experience: 2+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or account management (industrial or B2B water treatment experience is a huge plus).
  • Tech & Software Aptitude: High tech-savviness with CRM experience and a strong comfort level acting as a "power user" to train others on software.
  • Strong Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, comfortable pivoting from pitching a plant manager to coaching a dealer principal.
  •  Consultative Approach: Ability to ask smart, technical discovery questions regarding wash water applications, flow rates, and regulatory compliance.
  • Educational Background: High school diploma required; a Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Environmental Sciences is preferred.

Our Kärcher WOW-package:

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision plan
  • Paid Holidays (11 per year)
  • Flexible PTO for exempt employees; generous PTO for non-exempt employees
  • HAS, FSA and 401K matching plans
  • Paid sick time, as well as short and long-term disability insurance

This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities or qualifications associated with the job.  These may be added, removed, changed or reassigned as needed to accommodate business requirements.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
