CNC Laser Operator

The salary range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00

This is how you WOW:

• Set up, operate, and monitor machines while performing troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.

• Maintain quality specifications by inspecting parts and making necessary tool changes or adjustments.

• Demonstrate mastery in operating Lasers, Press Brakes, NC Punches, and CNC Mills.

• Utilize G-Code for CNC machines and apply proficiency in Flat Pattern Development.

• Expertly use hand tools, including routers, drills, band saws, and grinders, to produce high-quality parts.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• A minimum of 5 years of related experience, specifically setting up CNC Metal Processing Equipment.

• High school diploma or general education diploma (GED).

• Strong knowledge of basic trigonometric functions and mathematical concepts applied to production.

• The ability to work independently while excelling in a fast-paced, multitask-oriented team environment.

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to retain complex technical information.

Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually high, and proper protective equipment is required.

Physical Demands The employee is regularly required to stand for 8 hours, reach with arms and hands, and walk frequently. You must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision requirements include close, distance, and color vision, as well as depth perception.
