Pay Range: $19.00 – $24.00 per hour depending on experiance.

This is how you WOW:

Precision Assembly: Understand and follow work instructions, standardized workflows, quality checkpoints, and taping systems to build world-class cleaning equipment.

Systems & Documentation: Utilize basic SAP/EWM systems to locate parts, interpret blueprints, and navigate ISO procedures to maintain production compliance.

Technical Craftsmanship: Perform fundamental assembly tasks, including plastic trimming and component fitting, to keep our production lines moving smoothly.
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

Academic Foundation: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Relevant Experience: 3+ years of related assembly, manufacturing, or production experience.

Toolbox Readiness: Familiarity with hand tools is preferred. Ability to demonstrate proficiency within 90 days across essential production tools (screwdrivers, torque wrenches, air ratchets, wire crimpers, drills, heat guns, lift tables, etc.).

Equipment & Machinery Mobility: Ability to work safely around heavy machinery and forklifts, with the willingness to operate and drive machinery as trained.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
While performing this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for up to 8 hours, walk frequently, and reach with hands and arms. You must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The environment frequently involves working near moving mechanical parts, exposure to airborne particles, and a high noise level where proper personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
