Scrum Master (m/w/d)

• Your primary responsibility will be to support agile, cross-functional teams (Squads) by methodically implementing agile practices and guiding their adaptation and evolution.
• You will be in charge of organizing and moderating key Scrum meetings, including Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Your role involves fostering a culture of team self-organization, promoting an agile work ethos, and encouraging collaboration to achieve Sprint and Roadmap goals.
• You will keep stakeholders well-informed about the progress of IT Product Delivery. Additionally, you will assist Product Owners in managing and prioritizing the Product Backlog.
• You will apply your expertise to address emerging challenges and actively foster knowledge sharing among team members, crossing team boundaries.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• Ideally a certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., Professional Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Master).
• Prior experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Master is desirable.
• Knowledge of agile methods and practices such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, ideally with scaled approaches.
• Prior experience leading cross-functional teams as a Servant Leader.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Agile Boards for agile work and team organization is advantageous.
• Proficient in German and excellent English in both written and verbal communication.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for effective communication with stakeholders and management.
