Requirements Engineer (m/f/d) IT Products (Part-time is possible)

This is how you WOW:

• As a Requirements Engineer (m/f/d), you perform analyses and assessments, identify requirements and coordinate them with stakeholders. 
• You support the further development and automation of our IT product landscape and our IT service processes (including ITSM processes).
• Additionally, you also design and manage the implementation of digitalisation projects across different disciplines, both nationally and internationally. 
• You support application operations and coordinate collaboration with external service providers and offshore teams.
• You share your experiences and knowledge with your colleagues, providing best practices, templates, and internal training.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• A degree in business or technology (e.g., Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration), or comparable qualification.
• Project experience in Requirements Engineering and methodological competence (e.g., User Story Mapping, Story Points, Business Process Modeling, creativity techniques).
• Experience in eliciting and qualifying requirements for IT solutions and ITSM processes is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the ITIL framework, service process automation.
• Good German and very good knowledge of English.
• Strong solution orientation and process affinity, coupled with a business-oriented mindset and the determination to make a difference.
