Your tasks

 

  • In this high responsibility position you are in charge of the analysis and further development of existing function- or subject-specific curricula (in technical disciplines such as Quality, R&D, Lean Production and Supply Chain).
  • You will be aware of trends and developments in the market and check against needs in the functional areas and plants globally. 
  • In cooperation with the Content Owners, you create the training offers & communication concepts and take over the coordination of the training needs with the departments and plants worldwide.
  • You provide consulting to the Content Owners on the training program and are therefore our key account for specific departments/stakeholders.
  • You manage and harmonize the processes between the Content Owners and your function on campus - together this group forms the "Functional Academy" for a subject area.
  • You drive the development and expansion of the global trainer network as well as the close collaboration in the development of appropriate (train-the-trainer) training concepts..
  • You will also create learning journeys based on job profiles. 
  • Last but not least, you will ensure continuous evaluation and reporting of measures as well as the derivation and implementation of optimization opportunities. 

 

 

Your qualification 

 

  • A successfully completed degree in business administration, adult education, business education, industrial engineering, technical business administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in the learning & development environment and/or consulting. Qualified training as a trainer or systemic coach/consultant is desirable.
  • Business fluent in German and English and willing to travel.
  • Conceptual strength and comprehensive knowledge in the development and in the implementation (methodology and didactics) of training, as well as the control through KPIs.
  • Experience in advising content owners in different departments and with modern, digital methods of knowledge transfer, especially in “blended learning”.
  • You are both a consultant and a strategist. A confident and engaging appearance, holistic thinking in processes, high empathy and communication skills, as well as an international mindset, and the ability to inspire others to top off your profile.
