Key Account Manager (m/f/d) BSC and Healthcare

Your tasks

 

  • In this highly influential position, you will look after existing international key accounts in the Building Service Contractors (BSC) and Healthcare segment and also specifically acquire new customers in the BSC segment.
  • In doing so, you will work closely with our foreign subsidiaries, draft and negotiate framework agreements and provide support as a central contact person (m/f/d).
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for business development as well as the strategic development of the target group and global key customers.
  • As a sparring partner (m/f/d), you will also provide competent support to internal departments, such as product management, development, logistics/service, legal department, etc., and regularly coordinate on current processes.

 

 

Your qualification profile

 

  • A successfully completed commercial or technical college degree (e.g. industrial engineering, business administration, technical business administration) or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the retail trade and/or in sales in the target groups of industry, facility management (building cleaning) in an international corporate environment.
  • Relevant experience in the strategic handling of key clients.
  • Business fluent in English and ideally good knowledge of German.
  • Confident handling of MS Office and basic knowledge of SAP.
  • Commitment, strong communication skills as well as internationally oriented thinking and acting, paired with entrepreneurial spirit and distinctive customer orientation round off your profile.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30-40%).
