Your tasks?

 

  • As an integral part of an interdisciplinary and agile team, you will scout relevant start-ups with innovative business models in Germany and abroad to identify potential partners for the Kärcher Group.
  • You independently analyze and evaluate business models and business plans to prepare cooperation projects or strategic venture capital investments.
  • In order to validate new technologies, you initiate and accompany start-up partnership projects together with the departments involved.
  • You strategically manage and continuously develop our start-up investment portfolio as a reliable partner along their growth journey .
  • Furthermore, you will represent Kärcher New Venture at international events of the start-up ecosystem as well as build a relevant network with internal and external partners (e.g. co-investors, start-ups, accelerators).

 

 

Do you recognize yourself here?

 

  • You have several years of experience in a high performance environment (e.g. Venture Capital, Corporate Strategy, Tech Start-up, Consulting or similar).
  • You love meeting people & entrepreneurs and ideally have already built up your own strong and diverse network in the European start-up ecosystem.
  • You are passionate about groundbreaking technology, but are willing to look beyond the hype to challenge the mainstream mindset.
  • You are an excellent team player with a work style based on openness and strong analytical skills to structure complex topics and present them clearly to others.
  • You are fluent in English and German (minimum C1); further language skills are a plus.
