ITSM Process Manager (m/f/d)

This is how you WOW:

• You support the development, maintenance, reporting and optimisation of a central, consistent IT service portfolio, e.g. Jira ticket system, asset management.
• You are responsible for the definition, development and enhancement of ITIL practices and processes.
• You will lead and participate in ITSM projects and support implementation projects.
• Furthermore, you are responsible for defining and monitoring SLAs / KPIs and advising cross-functional teams.
• You support the IT Product Owner on IT Service Management issues and define quality assurance measures in the ITSM environment.
• You will also be responsible for troubleshooting procedural errors or malfunctions.
• Last but not least, you will be the link between the internal IT product owners and the global helpdesk and coordinate external service providers (helpdesk) in day-to-day operations and support their continuous improvement. In your area of expertise, you will support contract adjustments and tendering processes.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• A successfully completed degree (e.g. business informatics / computer science) or a comparable qualification.
• In addition, you have already gained practical experience in ITIL processes, incident, problem and service request management and ideally have experience as a major incident manager.
• You also have experience in managing service providers.
• Good IT infrastructure knowledge is essential for the role (for example in Major Incident Management).
• Due to your expertise, knowledge of ITSM tools (Jira) and ITIL certification are part of your basic equipment.
• You have strong communication skills in German and English to be able to communicate in an international environment.
