IT Product Owner Warehouse Management (m/f/d)

  • In this position, you have two roles: Firstly, as Squad Manager, you act within the squad between several IT products, plan the roadmap, manage capacity planning, coordinate and mediate between several product owners.
  • Secondly, in your role as a Product Owner, you will lead a multidisciplinary, agile team dedicated to enhancing our warehouse logistics processes through digital solutions.
  • This will entail collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and devising innovative solution concepts for your IT product, which will be deployed across all our sites.
  • Your responsibilities will extend to decision-making regarding software solution implementation, with a focus on aligning with IT governance and seamlessly integrating with existing IT systems.
  • Ensuring operational continuity through the implementation of support strategies is also a crucial aspect of your role, while remaining receptive to innovative solutions.
  • Throughout your work, you will leverage various agile methods and tools, actively fostering a digital mindset within the organization.

 

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

 

  • An academic degree in business/technical field (e.g., Informatics, Business Informatics, Business Administration) or equivalent, combined with several years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong expertise in planning, designing, implementing, and managing (IT) projects.
  • Experience in mapping warehouse logistics processes.
  • Ideally knowledge of one of the SAP modules EWM / MM / PP / QM and SAP S/4 experience.
  • Proficient in various agile and classical IT methods (waterfall, SCRUM, Kanban, Design Thinking, etc.).
  • Fluent in German and English, with a confident demeanor.
  • Open and goal-oriented communication, analytical and business acumen, innovative mindset, process affinity, and strong solution orientation complete your profile.
