IT Product Owner Network and Communication (m/f/d)

• As a Product Owner, you are responsible for the integration and operation of our global telephony and network infrastructure.
• You independently lead the internal team and our external partners in the operation and development of our network services. Your goal is the stable and secure operation of our networks.
• You manage projects and implement innovative solutions in close cooperation with specialist departments and international subsidiaries.
• You prioritise the overall product backlog, plan the capacity requirements for implementation in the team and manage the connection to existing IT systems.
• You are responsible for the product lifecycle management of all applications assigned to the team and ensure their operation.
• Last but not least, you will use and continuously develop a wide range of agile methods and tools.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• Degree in a technical or commercial field (e.g. business informatics / computer science) or comparable qualification.
• Extensive professional experience and knowledge of network integration, security concepts and telephony interfaces.
• Several years of experience in designing and implementing IT solutions and in project management (including management of external service providers).
• Solid technical understanding of voice communication systems and technologies. This includes knowledge of VoIP (Voice over IP), SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) and other relevant technologies.
• Basic technical understanding of cloud communication solutions such as Cloud PBX or Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS).
• Very good English language skills.
