IT Global Program Manager Finance HR und G&A (m/w/d)

• In this varied and internationally oriented position, you are responsible for the IT landscape of Finance, Taxes, Controlling, HR, Facility Management, Legal, Compliance and Learning.
• In cooperation with our development and project teams, specialist departments, foreign subsidiaries and partners, you work on the strategic development of our corresponding IT program.
• As a key initiator and driver of innovation, you are the first point of contact for your subject areas.
• You evaluate and prioritize strategic initiatives together with the business units and our international subsidiaries and translate them into a program roadmap.
• Together with the product owners in your area of responsibility, you plan the required resources and take responsibility for the budget.
• Finally, you present and communicate concepts and project progress in a standardized manner to business units, committees, and international subsidiaries.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• A successfully completed business degree (e.g. business administration, economics, business informatics) or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, relevant experience of the processes and requirements of your HR, Facility Management and Learning departments.
• Knowledge of agile project management methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban).
• Knowledge of HR management systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Confident demeanor and an agile, strategic mindset, coupled with a willingness to move things forward and make a difference.
