HR IT Consultant (m/f/d) SAP SuccessFactors

  • In this key role, you will be responsible for advising the HR departments from all locations worldwide on the implementation, potential system changes and changes of suitable HR software systems (focus on Recruiting and Comp & Ben).
  • You are also responsible for evaluating and implementing Employee Central localizations.
  • In addition, you will support the integration of new modules or HR software into the existing infrastructure of our subsidiaries.
  • As an experienced sparring partner (m/f/d), you will identify potential for the digitalization of HR processes and incorporate this into our portfolio. You also manage global projects in this area.
  • You provide training to key users (m/f/d) globally within the company, perform 2nd level support and will be the main point of contact with third party partners.
  • You will be responsible for the Project Management for the Implementation of new HR Digitalization projects.

 

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

 

  • A degree with a focus on business informatics, business administration, human resources management or equivalent.
  • Relevant SAP SuccessFactors experience in support and maintenance with at least one of the following modules: Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing or Comp & Ben.
  • Previous exposure to a global environment and collaboration with different teams within the company (HR, IT, Finance, etc.).
  • Experience in Change Management and Project Management.
  • A strong affinity for process optimization in HR as well as innovative IT solutions. You also have a good sense of the opportunities and challenges on the way to digital HR transformation.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, German is a plus.
  • Conceptual skills, an analytical mind-set and a strong customer orientation.
