Group Lead (m/f/d) SAP Business Process and Information Management

• In this varied management role, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of more than 20 SAP consultants in an international environment.

• You will be closely involved in the implementation of the forward-looking global programmes 'Supply Chain & Procurement' and 'Product Design & Engineering' and will be a key driver of innovation in these areas.

• As a skilled coordinator, you will work with the Global Programme Manager to plan the required resources, develop appropriate sourcing strategies and be responsible for the recruitment process together with HR.

• You will be responsible for ensuring and reporting on all internal and external services based on KPIs and SLAs as well as escalation management.

• You will also be responsible for business partnering with external service providers outside the Kärcher Group and will impress with your hands-on mentality.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• A successfully completed degree in (business) informatics or a similar qualification with comparable skills and experience.

• Initial management experience, preferably of international teams.

• Relevant experience of managing and/or delivering projects in a supply chain environment and experience of one or more SAP modules.

• Good communication skills, strong customer focus and process-oriented working style (ideally with ITIL V3 or V4 certification).

• Ideally, knowledge of agile working and project management methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and very good written and spoken German and English.
