What are your tasks?

 

  • You are a sparring partner (m/f/d) for our international key accounts in the retail, industry and facility management.
  • You will lead (functionally) and coordinate an interdisciplinary, globally positioned team (e.g. product management, marketing, logistics, sales).
  • You negotiate annual global framework agreements, set appropriate prices and margins and are responsible for the planning, forecasting and target agreement of your customers.
  • In addition, you will continuously expand our market position by winning new customers in a targeted manner, maintaining long-term partnerships and initiating innovative special projects.
  • Last but not least, you will create and drive country-specific development plans in close cooperation with the national top management and the national sales teams.

 

 

What could your profile look like?

 

  • A successfully completed commercial or technical degree (business administration, industrial engineering or management),
  • Extensive experience in global key account management, ideally in retail, industrial or facility management with a proven track record of international sales success.
  • Ideally first (functional) leadership experience with interdisciplinary international teams.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and ideally good knowledge in German.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills while being focused on performance and results combined with intercultural competence and passion for leading and motivating cross functional and international teams.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30%).
