Profile

 

  • Working in a context with numerous interface functions and a rich variety of tasks, you will be responsible for the international establishment and further development of the new strategic business segment "Rental of cleaning machines (B2B)”.
  • Based on the technical requirements of the markets and in coordination with the foreign subsidiaries, you will control the complete project and rollout management. In addition, you will advise the latter on the preparation of business plans, location analyses and the establishment of organisational structures relating to the topic of "rental".
  • Specifically, you will be responsible for the modelling, development, implementation and introduction of standardised and digitalised letting processes and suitable IT systems for our foreign subsidiaries, dealers and customers to ensure up-to-date, efficient and excellent letting processing.
  • Last but not least, you will ensure the structuring and implementation of the optimal marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion) for the rental of our cleaning machines worldwide, taking into competitors and comparable industries into account.

 

 

Qualification

 

  • A degree in business administration or technical studies (e.g. industrial engineering and management, business administration, technical business administration, mechanical engineering).
  • Several years of professional experience in the rental of machinery (e.g. construction machinery, lifting platforms), preferably in an international context.
  • Ideally, you are familiar with common and/or agile project and change management methods.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • High international willingness to travel.
  • Distinct communication skills, a high degree of customer orientation, an affinity for numbers, decisiveness and commitment round off your profile.
