Regional Online Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Exceptional solutions require exceptional people. In our Facility in Vinhedo, Sao Paulo, Brazil, we are currently hiring a Regional Online Sales Manager.


Your Tasks:


  • As an e-commerce expert, you will set and drive regional strategies with the south american countries, working closely with the global e-commerce team in Germany.

  • As a regional leader, you will deep dive into the countries specifications and maturity level in order to help them define and implement winner strategies to overcome the established goals.

  • Passionately and proacctively drive actions to increase sales and profit in all designed countries in alignment with national and international stakeholders.

  • The e-commerce channel contemplates:

  1. B2C: Resonsible for the Marketplace Management: Mercado Libre, Amazon, Falabella.com, among others.
  2. B2B: Working close with the Digital Marketing Department to succeed in Marketing and Sales Strategies.

  3. D2C: Implement and grow own webshops: Kärcher Online Shops.


Your Qualifications:


  • Graduation degree in business, sales, marketing,or a related field.

  • Post Graduation/MBA in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of e-commerce channel experiences (B2C and/or D2C) in industries and/or retailers related to consumer good or home appliances.

  • Relevant experience in Digital Marketing Channels/Tools (SEM/SEO,Inbound Marketing,Affilliate Programs,Social Media and others). Desirable:Vtex, Salesforece and SAP.

  • Fluent English and intermediate Spanish.
