Key Account Manager

Join Kärcher (UK) Ltd as a Key Account Manager in our Professional Sales – FM/BSC business unit. 

  • Be a custodian of the Kärcher brand to meet customer needs and build a growing, profitable, sustainable business

  • Achieve sales targets, focusing on revenue, product mix, and maximising profitability

  • Identify and secure new key accounts while enriching relationships with existing key retail customers

  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term plans for sustainable account growth

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders across customer accounts, emphasising new products and value-added solutions

  • Foster strong partnerships with internal departments like service, marketing, logistics, and sales support to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service

 

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

  • Experience in a National Accounts role

  • Kärcher product knowledge essential

  • Knowledge of Dealer Channels & National Accounts - desirable

  • Clear communication, both written and verbal

  • Proven record in building relationships

  • CRM database experience desirable 

  • Full UK driving licence essential
