Key Account Manager - HoReCa

This is how you WOW:

  • To achieve specified commercial targets for the distribution account portfolio at a turnover, product mix and gross margin level

  • Development and implementation of strategic account plans to optimise the effective management and profitability of the business within the distribution channel, utilising micro-potential analysis data to identify emerging market trends and evolving customer preferences, enabling proactive and targeted sales strategies

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders focusing on expanding product reach and maximising sales opportunities and contract longevity

  • Identifying, negotiating, and securing new distribution partner contracts, leveraging business acumen to ensure profitability and expand market reach; involving skillful negotiation of commercial terms and conditions to optimise margins while aligning with the company's overall growth strategy

  • Actively contributing to the creation, management and utilisation of the Global Best Practice database content to share with existing and prospective distribution customers

  • Maintaining current product information and content on customer-facing platforms and portals, managing e-commerce reporting (including SEO and sell in/sell out ratios) to monitor, analyse, and optimise online sales performance through distribution channels

  • Development and execution of targeted product and awareness marketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing colleagues, utilising The Marketing Overlay platform.  Responsibilities include budget management and return on investment analysis to ensure optimal campaign performance

 

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

  • 3 GCSEs at Grade 4 (C) or equivalent, including Maths and English

  • Knowledge of Strategic Account Plan Building

  • Experience in a National Account Management role and creation of commercial contracts

  • Clear communication both written and verbal

  • Proven record in relationship building at all levels

  • UK driving licence
