Service Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION: SERVICE ENGINEER

 Responsibilities:-

• Provide troubleshooting and diagnostics, repair, problem-solving and applications support whenever it's required
• Conduct customer training on equipment operation and maintenance whenever it is needed.
• Achieve a high customer satisfaction level through strong after-sales customer management and support.
• Maintain good customer relationship and be a Trusted Service Advisor to customer
• Prepare service reports and provide feedback on technical issues in regard to equipment performance to customers
• Perform preventive or corrective maintenance contract task for Karcher Professional Range Machines

Requirements:-

• Possess a minimum diploma / degree in mechanical / electrical engineering or a related field.
• Min. 3–5 years of working experience in servicing and maintenance of machinery. Experience in handling cleaning equipment and machines will be an advantage.
• Excellent mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Great communications and interpersonal skills.
• Able to interact well with customers for troubleshooting.
• Positive working attitude and ability to work as a team.
• Possess a good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English.
