Retails Account Manager

This position holds responsibility for the development of sales in the Retail Channels. We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated professional with an entrepreneurial spirit to manage key retail accounts and build strong customer relationships. He/She is target-oriented and constantly strives to achieve sales targets.

Job Description

Client Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain long terms relationships with key accounts.
• Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues.
• Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Sales and Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target markets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposal to potential and existing customers.
• Provide feedback on market and competitor's development
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting and business updates
• Ensure documentation accuracies and timely payment collections
• Support the Head of Sales in the overall development of the Retail business 

Requirements:

• At least 2–3 years of working experience in sales to Retail Channel modern or traditional trades
• Good communication skills with proficiency in English, Bahasa, and local dialects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and use of social media
• Result-oriented and strong commitment to achieving sales goals
• Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential
• Strong Customer orientation and dedication to providing good service
• Able to work independently, diligent, ethical, and committed.
• Strong team player with good teamwork
• Able to travel regularly within Malaysia
• Flexibility to provide support for sales development activities when required.
