Branch Manager

The Branch Manager is accountable for the overall performance, profitability, and operational efficiency of the branch. This role provides strategic leadership and direction to the sales team to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships. The incumbent ensures that sales operations are executed effectively, service standards are consistently maintained, and financial objectives are achieved in alignment with company goals. In addition, the role oversees budget planning, cost control, and accounts receivable management to safeguard the branch’s financial health while fostering a high-performance, customer-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise the branch sales team to ensure sales targets and performance objectives are achieved.

  • Provide continuous coaching and mentoring to the sales team to enhance performance and expand the customer base.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.

  • Enhance customer satisfaction while ensuring sustainable business growth.

  • Identify, develop, and propose new business opportunities to support branch expansion and development.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, including competitors’ activities, to maintain a competitive advantage.

  • Foster strong collaboration and maintain effective working relationships with HQ and other internal departments.

  • Prepare the annual branch budget and monitor financial expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets.

  • Prepare and present reports to the management team as required.

  • Ensure clear and effective communication between the sales team and support departments (office and service) to execute business priorities efficiently.

  • Oversee and supervise the collection process to ensure timely recovery of accounts receivable balances.

Job Requirement:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, a Post Graduate Diploma, or a professional qualification in any field.

  • Preferably, managers specializing in sales and managing a branch. At least 2-3 years of working experience as a Branch Manager.

  • Dynamic and possesses critical thinking skills.

  • Self - motivated and able to work independently, resourceful, aggressive, and results-oriented.

  • Possess good interpersonal skills, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Able to multitask in different roles as and when required.
