Local Marketing Assistant

We are now looking for a digital-savvy Local Marketing Assistant to join our team for a temporary period (January to mid-May).

 

Location: Rødovre (Denmark)

 

Your Key Responsibilities

In this temporary role, you will provide crucial support to the Danish sales and regional marketing organization. We are looking for a hands-on doer who can hit the ground running. You will ensure our digital channels are up-to-date, handle graphic adaptations, and support the team with daily operational tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Manage Digital Content: Update and maintain the local website via our CMS, ensuring that product information, campaigns, and banners are always current and aligned with regional strategies.
  • Support Social Media: Assist in scheduling and publishing content for our social media channels. You will translate and adapt regional assets to ensure they engage our local Danish audience effectively.
  • Create & Adapt Graphics: Use the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) to create or adapt simple marketing materials, flyers, and digital assets using available templates.
  • Support E-commerce & Operations: Assist with tasks related to our e-commerce platform and handle day-to-day ad-hoc marketing tasks to ensure smooth operations for the sales and marketing teams.

 

Your Profile

You have a strong digital mindset and feel comfortable working in various systems. You are structured, organized, and capable of handling both graphical and administrative tasks efficiently. As this is a temporary assignment, we value someone who is proactive and quick to learn.

 

Essential Requirements:

  • A degree in Marketing, Multimedia Design, Communication, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing assistant or coordinator role.

  • Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS).

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).

  • A structured approach to daily administrative tasks.

  • Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) and professional proficiency in English.

 

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Shopify is a strong plus.

  • Previous experience working with media agencies and planning.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
