Key Responsabilities:

  • Give a strong support in implementing the Employer Branding Strategy of Kärcher at local level
  • Recruit the best talented people accordingly with CEM hiring plan, managing all steps of the recruitment process
  • Take care of the onboarding process of the new joiners, helping them to know the Company culture, policies, procedures, tools and way of working in order to make them quickly effective and successful in their job
  • Collect training and development needs as well as competencies and leadership behaviours gaps, designing & managing programs and initiatives on Training
  • Retain high-performing and talented people by People Development Programs, reducing fluctuation rate and increasing the global level of employees’ satisfaction & motivation
  • Understand, model and communicate the Kärcher culture and how to integrate and develop it into the local culture
  • Provide input to HR Manager to improve HR processes and procedures with the aim to increase the global operational effectiveness of the team

 

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or other similar disciplines
  • At least 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in HR field gained by working in large multinational companies with an advanced approach to HR processes
  • Relevant accountabilities in Recruiting, Training and People Development
  • Proven experience in managing projects/activities
  • Excellent communication, team working, interpersonal skills and high level of autonomy
  • Problem solving and results oriented
  • Fluent spoken and written English
