Supply planning Specialist

Planning Management

• Determination and controlling of stock targets / calculation of production demands
• Communication and co-ordination with factory / suppliers to ensure shipping and process improvement
• Organization of direct shipment ex factory / suppliers to subsidiaries
• Clarification of stock / order issues with service provider of Distribution Center China
• Regularly implement forecast planning to factory/suppliers by refreshed figures regular from ALGs side.
• Improve availability to ALG by problem solving on supply situation, material/delivery shortage from supply side.

Project Management

• Ensure and improve key performance measurement on stock level and availability
• Be active part of the logistics project team to optimize / streamline supply chain and logistics processes
•  Attend from supply chain and logistics into project team, attend project phase in&out meeting together with PM, project, purchasing, Demand planning, etc.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• University/Junior colleague degree preferably in Logistics, Business or similar
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience within logistics and supply chain management
• with a pronounced high level of numeracy
• Familiar to Supply Chain IT processes with knowledge of SAP R/3 (preferably MM/
• SD process) and MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English & Vietnamese
• Travel may be required from time to time
