Process Engineer

This is how you WOW/ Responsibilities:

• Preparing, implementation, supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done.
• Carry out related documents: FMEA, QCP,...
• To suggest the solutions to improve productivity, quality and reduce the cost.
• Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations.
• Ensure all product and system requirements are taken into account from the initial product conception to the finished result.
• Assist with floor layout designs.
• Design and implement fixtures, tooling, machine... for assembly
• Preparing production documentation such as assembly work instructions
• Ensure product and process quality meets specifications required.
• Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing workflow, space requirements and equipment layout, removing all waste from the processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities.
   

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• Degree in engineering (Mechanical, electrical, automation,...).
• At least 2 years experience as a production engineer/ process engineer/ industrial engineer...
• Understanding and experience in manufacturing processes.
• Understand lean manufacturing 
• Experience with CAD software.
• Proven experience in the engineering field.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
