IT Service Specialist
This is how you WOW:
1. IT Support and Operations
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware devices (computers, printers, network equipment).
- Coordinate with IT Business Analyst to maintain the software connection, including SAP, MES, and other production-related applications.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents promptly to ensure uninterrupted operations.
2. IT Infrastructure Management
- Operate and monitor network systems (LAN, VLAN, WLAN, VPN, Firewall), servers (AWS, AD, DNS, Proxy), local systems (VOIP, CCTV, PA, Access Control, Timekeeping), and data storage within the factory.
- Ensure stable network connectivity between the factory and the corporate datacenter.
- Maintain seamless synchronization between local systems and our Cloud servers, ensuring data integrity and availability.
- Coordinate with IT in Head Quarter or constructor to maintain security systems (firewalls, antivirus, endpoint protection).
3. Compliance with Corporate Standards
- Implement corporate IT policies, standards, and procedures at the factory.
- Conduct regular audits and reporting to ensure IT compliance.
- Collaborate with the corporate IT team to execute projects, system upgrades, and major issue resolutions.
4. User Support (IT Helpdesk)
- Receive and resolve IT support requests from users.
- Provide user training and guidance on effectively utilizing IT tools, policies and software.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement Group initiatives.
5. IT Innovation and Improvement
- Participate in IT improvement projects to enhance production efficiency.
- Propose new technology solutions to optimize factory operations.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential IT issues before they impact business operations.
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Service Specialist or in a similar technical support role.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user devices.
- Experience with operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux, Database Server), Google Workspace and applications.
- Experience with data synchronization techniques and tools is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with ITSM or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good at English, both written and verbal.
