IT Business Analyst Whse/Prod

IT Business Analyst Whse/Prod Specialist is responsible for:

• Participate as well as manage (in some cases) small, medium and large IT projects.
• Accountable for ensuring the IT portion of projects and enhancements are delivered on time with a high degree of quality.
• Document functional and technical design specifications.
• Lead business through requirement gathering, solution definition, testing and validation.
• Provide production support for IT systems in the assigned area.
• In charge of day-to-day lead of the business users. Know the end-users and stakeholders and foster transparency and communication.
• Configure systems as required to meet project and production support needs.
• Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
• Develop and maintain a strong partnership with corporate IT based in Germany, and is responsible for leveraging centrally provided IT services when applicable.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• Bachelor's degree in IT 
• At least 3 years of experience in related position
• SAP functional competence includes, but is not limited to, SAP ECC MM, PP, and QM module processes.
• Excellent understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and Product Lifecycle.
• Strong command of the English language
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret common inquiries from customers (internal and external). Ability to create a proper escalation of issues and communicate daily metrics to the appropriate audience. Must be able to communicate in group settings in a professional manner with other tools, such as telecom, video, and audio devices.
