Methods and Process Expert

This would be WOW:

• Assessing supply chain sustainability: evaluate the environmental, social, and economic performance of the supply chain, including suppliers, transportation and  logistics to identify areas for improvement and potential risks in the supply chain.
• Developing sustainable sourcing strategies: work on developing sustainable sourcing strategies that prioritize environmentally friendly and socially responsible suppliers.
• Implementing sustainability criteria in supplier selection: integrate sustainability criteria into the supplier selection process. Establish guidelines and criteria that suppliers must meet to be considered (e.g. environmental certifications,  carbon footprint targets).
• Ensuring compliance with sustainability regulations: stay up to date with environmental regulations and standards related to the supply chain and ensure that the organization and its suppliers comply with the regulations and work towards continuous improvement.
• Monitoring and reporting: establish metrics, indicators, and monitoring systems to track the sustainability performance of the supply chain.
• Collaborating with stakeholders: engage with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, NGOs, and industry associations.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• Successfully completed studies (e.g. business administration, economics, industrial engineering, business informatics or similar) or a comparable qualification.
• First relevant experience in the data management.
• Business fluent in English, enabling successful collaboration in cross-functional teams and with international stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of processes, analytical skills combined with a strong focus on results.
