Nordic Spare Part Manager

To optimize our service operations, we are now looking for a strategic and analytical Nordic Spare Parts Manager.
📍 Preferred Location: Rødovre (Denmark), Nurmijärvi, (Finland), Oslo (Norway), or Gothenburg (Sweden)
Your Key Responsibilities
In this key position, you will be responsible for managing the inventory and distribution of spare parts for our service operations across the Nordic region. Your goal is to ensure cost-effective service, timely delivery to our technicians and partners, and to enhance the sale of maintenance parts through efficient logistics management.
Lead Nordic Inventory & Demand Planning
Take full ownership of the Nordic spare parts inventory. You will develop accurate demand forecasts by analyzing historical data and collaborating closely with country-level Service Managers to understand regional needs. Your primary goal is to optimize inventory levels, balancing cost against availability and preventing stockouts.
Manage Pricing & Commercial Strategy
Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies for all spare parts in the region, constantly analyzing the market and competition to ensure profitability. You will also actively collaborate with the Marketing department to drive and enhance the sales of maintenance parts.
Oversee Warehouse Logistics & Stakeholder Support
Take responsibility for the central spare parts warehouse operations, including efficient organization, inventory control, and a safe work environment. You will serve as the key logistics partner to the business, working closely with Warranty, Technical Support, and Service Partner Managers to guarantee a seamless and efficient parts supply to all technicians and partners.
Your Profile
You are a highly organized and self-driven professional with a strong understanding of inventory management and logistics. You possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the Nordic region.
Essential Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in a parts management or logistics role, preferably in the service industry.

Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.

Excellent organizational and logistics skills.

A self-driven and independent work ethic, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional fluency in English and at least one Nordic language is preferred.
Desirable Qualifications:

Experience working in a multinational or multicultural environment.

Demonstrated skills or experience in managing cross-functional projects.
