To strengthen our service organization in Norway, we are now looking for an operational and engaged Customer Care Team Leader.

Your Key Responsibilities
In this central role, you will bridge the gap between frontline customer service representatives and management. You will lead a team of 5 employees, where your focus will be split between leadership, change management, and active participation in daily business. It is crucial that you thrive in a "hands-on" environment, handling complex cases and daily operational tasks alongside your managerial duties. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operational Leadership & Daily Support: Actively support the team in daily business tasks, serving as an escalation point for complex internal and external issues. You will manage team schedules, monitor call volumes and ticket queues, and ensure the team is adequately staffed to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Team Management & Development: Responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of your reporting employees. You will conduct reviews, coach individuals to reach team goals, and drive employee satisfaction.
- Strategic Development & Projects: Drive the strategic development of the department aligned with company requirements. This includes implementing new tools, managing digitization projects, and compiling management reports.
- Master Data Management: Drive customer master data management activities, specifically focusing on duplicate checks and general data cleansing to ensure accuracy.
- Collaboration: Ensure tight collaboration with local management to develop the organization based on business requirements, and feed market feedback back to the regional level.

You are a resilient and responsible professional who can balance operational execution with strategic leadership. You have a high readiness for action and are capable of handling stress in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Requirements:

Upper-secondary school diploma (or equivalent).

Proven experience in a Customer Care environment.

Experience in Leadership or Team Management.

Proficiency in SAP.

High level of stress resistance and resilience.

Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
Desirable Qualifications:

Experience in inbound and outbound logistics.

Proficiency with the Google Workspace suite.
