Specialist Demand Planning (m/w/d) Statistical Forecasting

• As a member of the Central Demand Planning team, you will set the course for high-quality global forecast accuracy, forming the foundation for an efficient supply chain. Working in an international team, you will coordinate the development of global demand planning processes and their contribution to the S&OP cycle.

• A significant part of your work will involve generating and improving statistical forecasts, which serve as the basis for worldwide demand planning within our planning tools.

• You will process market information as well as coordinate the phase-out control and volume planning for new product introductions.

• In this central demand planning role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing forecast key figures.

• Furthermore, you will actively drive the utilization of statistical forecasts by optimizing forecasts in coordination with planners from our international sales organizations, implementing new forecasting models, and conducting training sessions.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• A successfully completed university degree in e.g. Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering) or an equivalent professional qualification.

• Profound experience in Supply Chain Planning, preferably in Demand Planning.

• Strong understanding of data analysis and statistics, ideally in connection with statistical forecasting models.

• Proficient user knowledge of SAP R3, experience with Supply Planning software (e.g., SAP-IBP, Kinaxis-Maestro), and a high affinity for IT.

• Business fluent in English and German.

• Willingness to undertake occasional international business trips.
