Exceptional solutions require exceptional people. The Supply Planning and Procurement Management department in our distribution center in Obersontheim (near Schwäbisch Hall) is currently hiring.

Your tasks

  • In this versatile role with lots of creative freedom, you increase the efficiency and quality of our Supply Planning and Procurement processes. You analyze the status quo and define pragmatic solutions to free up time for value-adding tasks.

  • Last but not least, you prepare and conduct workshops with participants from different departments and hierarchy levels to get them excited about the potential of Lean Methods such as A3, Kaizen, CIP, GEMBA Walks and Shop Floor Management.

Your qualification

  • A successfully completed university degree (e.g. logistics, business administration, engineering, business informatics) or a similar qualification.
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in Supply Chain Management, Process Management or Lean Management.
  • Profound knowledge of both MS Office and SAP, with an emphasis on SAP R3 and SAP BW.
  • High affinity with process digitization and ideally, previous experience in scripting (VBA) or other programming languages.
  • Fluent Business English skills as well as excellent communication skills.
  • Self-confidence, an analytical, structured and process-oriented mindset combined with delight in what you are doing.

Our Offer

  • A secure job with flexible working hours.
  • Above-average social benefits and company pension scheme.
  • A motivating work atmosphere with plenty of flexibility, freedom and personal responsibility.
  • A unique, trusting working environment that places great emphasis on a positive work-life balance.
  • Individual development opportunities and career paths with outstanding professional prospects.
  • A wide range of offers: nutrition, health, sports and culture.
