Order Execution Manager (m/w/d) Country Management

• In this exciting and challenging role, you are responsible for processing and ensuring the on-time fulfillment of customer orders for a European Kärcher sales region. This includes providing all necessary documentation.

• You will ensure a smooth supply chain by proactively identifying disruptions, effectively troubleshooting issues, and developing and implementing sustainable solutions. 

• You will monitor and manage open orders to proactively prevent delivery delays, ensuring regular maintenance and updates of all relevant master data in our SAP system to guarantee a high quality standard in order processing.

• Working closely with Sales, Customer Care, and other internal interfaces, you will significantly contribute to the continuous optimization of logistical processes within our regional distribution.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• A successfully completed university degree in e.g. Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or similar. Alternatively a commercial training as a specialist or business economist.

• Relevant professional experience in a comparable position, ideally within an international manufacturing environment.

• Strong communication skills with business fluency in German and English. Knowledge of other foreign European languages is a big plus.

• Proficiency in the SAP domain (module SD) as well as Google Workspace.

• You impress with self-motivation, reliability, and a clearly structured, team-oriented working style.

• Your confident and assertive demeanor, combined with your strong social competence make you a valued point of contact – both internally and externally.
