Technical Robotic Specialist for Remote Diagnosis

Technical Expertise: Remote Robot Operations

  • Advanced Diagnostics: Perform remote system debugging and resolution of complex failures that go beyond standard protocols.

  • Fleet Management: Serve as the lead internal expert for the full spectrum of our browser-based diagnostic and fleet management platforms.

  • Performance Optimization: Identify real-time bottlenecks and implement strategic improvements to enhance fleet efficiency.

  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough technical investigations into recurring issues to ensure long-term system stability.

Strategic Escalation & Technical Leadership

  • First Responder: Act as the primary technical point of contact for the Sales and Service teams regarding critical technical hurdles.

  • Incident Triage: Evaluate the severity of technical escalations and determine when direct involvement from Engineering is required.

  • Development Feedback Loop: Translate complex field data and technical challenges into actionable insights for the development team to drive product evolution.

Education

  • Education: A degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, IT, Systems Engineering or similar. 

Experience

  •  2 years of experience, basic understanding of service or application engineering for complex mechatronic machines. Specific experience with mobile robots is highly preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Language Skills: Good proficiency in English.

  • Rapid Tool Onboarding: Proven ability to gain proficiency in new software and browser-based analysis tools.

  • Analytical Synthesis: Skilled at identifying patterns in data and translating them into clear derivations.

  • Digital Fluency: "Tech-native" mindset with zero friction when adopting new hardware, or software-driven technologies.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable shifting digital workflows without loss of productivity.
