IT Integrations Coordinator

This is how you WOW:

  • Be responsible for coordinating tasks related to integration projects under the guidance of the Integrations Product Owner, ensuring alignment with project timelines and priorities. This includes supporting projects that utilize SAP Integration Suite, EDI solutions, and other Integration Tools. You will follow up on action items and requests to facilitate timely resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with the Integrations Product Owner to manage the integration team’s ticketing system. You will ensure that tickets are appropriately assigned and dispatched to the relevant team members, providing oversight to ensure that tickets are resolved within agreed-upon timelines.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation related to integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps in collaboration with the Integrations Product Owner. You will ensure that documentation is up to date and accessible to team members and stakeholders.
  • Support in conducting end-to-end testing of EDI and integration projects in collaboration with the system analysts’ team, business stakeholders, and product owners. This involves developing, documenting, and executing test cases, as well as creating test scenarios, ensuring adherence to industry standards, and meticulously recording test results.
  • Facilitate seamless coordination and collaboration among various teams engaged in integration projects, closely partnering with the Integrations Product Owner. This involves scheduling meetings, taking comprehensive notes, gathering updates, and ensuring effective communication channels to support project progress and alignment across teams.
  • Assist the Product Owner in drafting Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and support in ensuring that projects adhere to the operational boundaries outlined in those BRDs. This involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, aiding in effective documentation, and assisting in monitoring project progress to align with defined business objectives.

 

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Familiarity with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) principles, integration concepts, and electronic data flow.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate tasks and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Some foundational knowledge or experience in project management, with a keen interest in further developing project management skill sets.
  • Willingness to grow and challenge oneself within the integration team, including learning about EDI X12, SAP Integration Suite, and other relevant tools and technologies.
  • Experience or interest in using tools like Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation purposes.
