Service Technician

Pay: $71,000- $73,000 CAD depending on experience. 

This is how you WOW: 

• Assess, test, repair, and service products to ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime.

• Maintain customer relationships by addressing technical questions.

• Consult and train the customers on how to work efficiently with Kärcher products.

• Document the collected data from work using the CRM-System.

• Support lead generation of new orders while assessing customer equipment.

• Managing inventory of vehicle stock.

• Represent and promote Kärcher products in a professional manner.

• Perform duties in accordance with health and safety standards.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in: 

• Professional training in Electronics,Mechanics and Hydraulics.

• At least 3 years’ experience as a Service Technician with commercial cleaning equipment, appliances, or similar equipment

• Basic computer skills in MS Office or Google Suite, CRM, SAP

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experienced with problem solving, analytical thinking and methodical approach

• Customer centric mindset

• Strong problem solver, analytical thinker and methodical.

• Highly motivated who works well in both a team and independently

• Willingness to travel

• Language: English
