Junior Service Technician

This posting is for an existing permanent vacancy. The salary range for this position ranges between $53,000.00- 58,000.00 CAD depending one experience. 

This is how you WOW:

• Expert Assembly & Testing: Complete pre-assembly, pre-shipment tests, and pre-checks of professional cleaning equipment to ensure peak performance.
• System Mastery: Utilize SAP and online portals to manage work orders, parts orders, and stock transfers with precision.
• Logistics Coordination: Collaborate daily with 3PL partners and manage the secure palletizing of equipment for customer shipping.
• Field Readiness: Review orders to determine necessary parts and tools to effectively plan for external field calls.
• Operational Support: Assist with the validation of returns and process SAP information to return goods to stock.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• Technical Foundation: A High School Diploma/GED combined with a basic understanding of mechanical and electrical processes.
• Instructional Literacy: The ability to read and understand complex assembly instructions and diagrams.
• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience or knowledge of commercial/industrial cleaning equipment is highly preferred.
• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Digital Proficiency: Literacy in MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer; experience with SAP is considered a strong asset.
