Kärcher Center Manager

This is how you WOW:

• Leading the Center team with both your behaviours and the preparation, delivery and management of strategic plans focused on customer service excellence, sales performance, proactive sales activity and stock management
• Engage with customers in order to fully understand their needs and provide the appropriate help and support to ensure the correct cleaning solution is sold undertaking site surveys, machine demonstrations, machine training, building and presenting proposals
• To be aware of, build and develop networks and relationships with local customers in conjunction with Target Market Managers and sales people within the Company
• Develop Center sales through active and passive sales and marketing plans, utilising the support of other departments within the business

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• 3 GCSEs at Grade 4 (C) or equivalent, including Maths and English
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience in a Sales Management role, including people management, budget setting and strategic planning
• Demonstrable history of achieving targets
• Excellent communication skills, able to build relationships at all levels
