Regional Sales Manager

The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000 annually with a 35% bonus opportunity under the Sales Incentive Plan

 

This is how you WOW:

  • Carry demo equipment (always including accessories and detergents) on vehicles.
  • Ensure market share in area through recruiting and training qualified distributors.
  • Travel and meet with distributors at their location(s)
  • While at their location, assists them in the development of their sales, service and parts departments.
  • Keep technically up to date about the line
  • Know how to sell, operate, and identify equipment and know which piece of equipment to recommend for use in different situations.
  • Know how to teach the benefits and features of our product line versus the competition.
  • Develop a consultant-oriented relationship with all customers serviced in assigned area.
  • Manage an annual sales and expense budget for assigned area.

 

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
  • Three plus years of successful industrial sales experience
  • Billingual, fluent in Spanish and English 
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience

Physical Demands

 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The

employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required

to use hands and fingers when using the telephone and personal computer throughout most of

the day and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include

close vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

 

 

 

Work Environment

Works in an office setting, frequent travel required by automobile or airplane.
